Judgement is Bad for the Skin.

It's easy to sit back and be a watcher. We judge. We make conclusions. We somehow even in the most minuscule way, hate. Well I'd like to ask you to stop it now. We're women. We're parents. By nature, we're empaths. We're people. We're different. There is no magical potion that makes us all follow the same path. It's impossible. It's boring. In some cultures there is so much judgement of each others choices. Anything slightly varying the norm, is blasphemy. And so the hate comes. The judgement.

But really is that contributing to making us feel free? When we sit down to eat. Or when we lay down to rest, are we happier for judging our own cousin, brother, or our own friend that changed/matured/grew/detached themselves? We are all so scared of change. We are all so scared of being outspoken. We're all so scared of truth.

And if any of us feel in any way annoyed, better, more normal, or more righteous, because we are doing life right...please take a step back. Please. Think. Think about how important it is for all of us to be copies of each other. How significant is it to walk through life comparing it. Is it more pertinent to walk this life while living it genuinely? Even if that means change? Judgement? Negative talk? Bad energy? My personal belief is yes. Yes, it is. Because it's good for the skin. It's good for the soul.

You know the one that radiates from all the happiness at living life as oneself? And the way your soul lights up as you feel it warm inside of you like fire? When you can receive a warm smile, and appreciate that it's for you. When you can now stand up and help another human being, simply because that is what you knew you needed to be doing. How you feel when you are in your now, in your space, seeing your own face. And you know now that you belong there. Because it is meant for you. Sincerely if you ask me, no one needs anything but that. Now go feel it. Your story is still not over. It's time to embrace change. Embrace yourself. Even if you're different. Even if it makes you feel free.
